ASSOCIATE PRODUCER (MNÍŠEK POD BRDY)

Our team in Mníšek pod Brdy studio is looking for an Associate Producer to support with development coordination. In this role you would be directly cooperating on the on-going development of a popular live game and its future iterations. You would assist with project administration and help to coordinate multi-disciplinary groups of developers to successfully deliver their new features, technologies and content. Ultimately you would help the team to release and support our games in the best possible shape. We are very interested in candidates with an eye for quality, precise work methods, an ability to consider the big picture and excellent communication skills.

Development coordination: monitoring project progress / issues and scheduling / prioritizing work
Update coordination: ensuring the best possible final release of game updates and special builds
Production: assistance with organizing and running multidisciplinary Task Forces
Project administration: assisting project leadership with maintaining a coherent and complete overview of the project
Team support: facilitating other developers to do their work

The successful candidate has:
Excellent soft skills (teamwork and communication)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong focus on quality, precision and details
Good written and spoken English
Experience with game development (production)
Experience with office applications
Experience with project (management) applications
Experience with ticket systems

Advantage over the other candidates is:
Experience with Arma (3) / Real Virtuality engine
Experience with Atlassian information systems (Confluence / JIRA)
Experience with working in large teams and projects
Passion for games
